Taken last Sunday night with only an hour to go before midnight, the deadline after which my 52/50 project would have met an unwelcome and premature end.
The background was a Zürich tram in motion and achieved by shooting with a tripod at three fifths of a second. If you like motion blur shots of trams, (it seems like I do) you can also see one of my earlier attempts below, on that occasion taken during the day with a much longer exposure and with the help of an ND400 filter.
Right, I'm off to ponder my next shot. Hopefully week 18 won't be so close to the wire!
